Teak sawn timber has a beautiful texture with medium hardness, yet strong and durable. The wood can be easily sawed, planed and decorated. Teak wood contains a chemical called O-cresyl methyl ether, which has a special feature in protecting the wood from insects and termites. This means teak wood does not easily decay or deteriorate, making it a popular choice for all usage.
